The customer can subscribe our services as subscription, SaaS, or they can purchase perpetual license based on their requirements.

2. What is SaaS?

We provide SaaS only for enterprise clients to host the application such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Human Resource Management System (HRMS) on our dedicated server.

3. How do I choose a plan for my business?
  • First, understand about your business requirements and number of users you need to use the system.

  • Second, choose the subscription plan in pricing section if the standard features are fitted with your requirement.

  • Third, if the standard features are not fitted with your requirement, then consult with our sales consultant.

6. Can I cancel my subscription plan?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription plan. The system will automatically terminate your subscription plan when you did not renew monthly or yearly subscription.

4. How does MAXX handle my data?

If you use our SaaS, we do automatically daily database backup and transfer the backup file from cloud hosting server to our local datacenter.

5. How about the perpetual license?

The enterprise customer can purchase ERP or HRMS perpetual license to install on their own database center. The license price structure based on the software solution.
